Panicos’ work is particularly focused on project management, design management, value engineering, feasibility studies, and finding sustainable and innovative solutions to complex design, or construction problems. 

Panicos is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK). He is a frequent lecturer, advisor to both public and private institutions and passionately involved with a number of charitable organisations.
